Internet Marketing Tips – Always Think a Few Projects Ahead
Filed under: Home Business, Internet Marketing, Make Money Online; Tagged as: internet marketing strategies, internet marketing strategy, strategic internet marketingNo CommentsWhen you’re marketing, you should always think a few projects ahead. Marketers who don’t do this usually end up getting stuck for a money maker and suddenly the income starts drying up. In this article, I’m going to give you some suggestions on how to do this. It’s not hard once you get yourself into the right frame of mind.
The best way to really explain this is with an example. One of the things I was working on was a project where I’d do niche research and sell the niches that I found. I’d include keywords, articles, reviews of products and so on. When I first did this, I didn’t know if it would sell or not, so I was taking a chance. Well, it turned out that it DID sell. Immediately I started to plan my next project. Can you guess what it was? Right, more niches. I am now up to volume five.
See, once I saw that there was a demand for niche research and the revealing of niches along with this additional information, I knew that if I just kept researching more niches, I’d have a product line that I could sell for a very long time. Let’s face it, there are tons of untapped niches out there. All you have to do is go out and find it. That’s one way of thinking several projects ahead, keeping them within one related product line.
Another way is to branch off into a completely new direction. I could have left this product line alone after just the one product and then gone and created something totally unrelated. The key would have been to come up with the idea at the same time that I came up with the idea for the niches. Why? Because that way, as soon as the niche product was done, I could have immediately started working on the next project without having to sit down and FIRST start thinking about what I’d do. That lag time can mean thousands of dollars of lost revenue IF your previous product stops selling suddenly. Cash flow is what it’s all about.
So, if you’ve got a product in mind, don’t stop there. Immediately start to think about what you’re going to come out with next. It’ll keep the money flowing on a steady basis.
