There are only so many hours in the day. This just might be one of the oldest and worn out cliches in the world today. Unfortunately, while it’s also a duh statement, it is quite true. There ARE only so many hours in the day and that means only so much time that you can work on your business…even if you never slept. Try doing that for more than 48 hours. Okay, so how can you increase productivity without killing yourself? This article is going to show you the easiest way…outsourcing.

Let me ask you a question. Donald Trump is one of the richest men in the world. He’s certainly one of the most visible and popular. Do you REALLY think that this man does everything himself? When he builds a new building, do you think he picks up a hammer or a drill? I don’t think the man has even gotten dirty one day in the last 20 years. No, he doesn’t build the thing himself. He hires people to do it for him. He outsources. Yes, it costs him money. However, the return he gets is more than worth is when that new casino, or whatever it is he’s building, brings in millions of dollars a year.

Too many marketers insist on doing everything themselves. I should know. I was one of them for a very long time. I didn’t trust anybody. I gradually came to realize that this was a foolish way to run my business. Today, I work with others and get a lot more done. I also don’t work as many hours as I used to. As a matter of fact, I am now on an eight day worth month. That’s not too bad for somebody who used to work 14 hours a day building his business.

The key to outsourcing is finding people who you can trust. This is not always easy. However, if you ask around, you’ll get lots of great recommendations. For example, my friend Karl Warren is great if you need graphics done. If you want to have an ebook created for you, go to Tiffany Dow. These are folks who take pride in their work and do a great job. And…their prices are more than reasonable. Why spend weeks, or even months creating an ebook when for a few hundred dollars you can have one created for you in a matter of days that you can then go on to sell for years and years and make thousands of dollars off of?

Don’t try to do everything yourself. You’ll find that if you outsource certain items, you’ll end up making more money sooner in the long run.
