Okay, quiz time. What would you do if you only had $100 to put towards your advertising? How would you spend it? There is no right or wrong answer here. Some people would take out a solo ezine ad and others would put it towards pay per click. I’m going to tell you how I would spend that $100 if that’s all I had to my name and wanted to promote my product. Ready? Here goes.

I would take my five top products and head over to the Warrior Forum. Why? Because there is a promotional service that they have there where for just $20, you can place your ad at their forum to be seen by thousands of members. For $100, I could get five of these ads. Now, if you don’t have five products, you can always just post the one ad (good for 21 days) and then repost it four more times. Let me tell you, I’ve made a nice tidy sum of money doing this.

However, there is a catch to this, unfortunately. See, not just anybody can post an ad at the forum. There are some regulations. For starters, the offer that you make has to be a better offer than what you make to the general public. So, if you’re selling something for $27, you have to make the offer for at least a dollar less than your normal offer. Naturally, the better the offer, the more sales you’ll make. I usually offer my products for at least 50% off, sometimes more.

There is another catch as well. See, the forum owner prefers people to post ads who have been with the forum a while and have contributed to the forum. So if you just show up tomorrow, have no posts to your name and try to post a special offer, most likely, it will be denied and you won’t get your money back. So my suggestion is to go there, contribute to the discussion and wait a while before trying to post. I waited four months before I posted my first special offer.

Anyway, that’s what I would do if I only had $100 to my name.
