Well, today I started my chapter on Product Creation. You know, when you really break down the steps, it’s more involved than people realize.
Before you even sit down to create the product, whatever it is, there’s all that research to make sure that you have all your ducks in a row. You can’t assume that the person knows everything off the top of his head.
For example, one section of the product creation chapter, I talked about ways to enhance your product, such as by using graphics and screen prints. I then realized that not everybody has screen capture software, or even knows where to get it. And since I am using something that is no longer available online, I had to research what the latest programs are.
After your research, you need to make an outline. You can’t just start writing. If you have no structure, you’re going to end up wandering aimlessly.
After the outline is complete, you can begin writing. That’s a problem in itself as not everybody is a gifted writer. This is where I was confronted with the daunting task of trying to teach somebody how to write. Well, that’s a course in itself, which is why I’ve included my Complete Article Writing Guide with the package. A product is really nothing more than a string of related articles when you think about it.
But for the chapter, I did give some tips on writing that will help greatly, even if they don’t read the writing guide.
I then went into advanced product creation techniques to enhance the product, such as adding those graphics, links, and so on. I then briefly covered creating the product in multiple formats. In my next chapter, I’m going to actually go over how to create a video product from scratch. You’ll just have to wait until I actually do it to read about it.
So far, I have 20 pages on product creation done and 120 pages complete for the whole product. We have a long way to go before this baby is done. I’m still hoping for a March completion, but who knows? I’m not going to rush it. I want this product to be as good as it possibly can be.
Anyway, I’m done working on it for today. I’ll pick up from where I left off probably on Wednesday, so tomorrow there probably won’t be an update to this blog.
My goal is to make Ultimate Income Generation the best home study course ever created.
History will tell just where it ultimately stands.
To YOUR Success,
Steven Wagenheim

Hi Steven,
I’m very interested in how you’re using twitter. You’re quite a bit further along the path than I am. I’ve recently woken up to its potential, after pronouncing it useless about a year ago.
This series on product creation is quite timely, as I’m in the process of writing my first e-guide.
You’re dead right about the need for the outlining process. By doing this, I’ve found that the 20 page, comprehensive guide I thought I was writing will turn into 40 pages just for the first of the 4 major topics!
The beauty of outlining is that I then have an easy way of cutting, combining, and summarising the content in many ways to produce a wide range of products.
(By the way, I’m writing about the things that people need to know BEFORE they start setting up anything at all on the internet. It’s a huge market!)
I’m one of your WSO customers, and I admire your work, your ethics, and the value you provide.
Cheers,
Eric G.
