Hi Steven,
I'm very interested in how you're using twitter. You're quite a bit further along the path than I am. I've recently woken up to its potential, after pronouncing it useless about a year ago.

This series on product creation is quite timely, as I'm in the process of writing my first e-guide.

You're dead right about the need for the outlining process. By doing this, I've found that the 20 page, comprehensive guide I thought I was writing will turn into 40 pages just for the first of the 4 major topics!

The beauty of outlining is that I then have an easy way of cutting, combining, and summarising the content in many ways to produce a wide range of products.
(By the way, I'm writing about the things that people need to know BEFORE they start setting up anything at all on the internet. It's a huge market!)
I'm one of your WSO customers, and I admire your work, your ethics, and the value you provide.
Cheers,
Eric G.
